VBS registration is $10 per child. You can pay by e-transfer or at the registration table on the first day.
To e-transfer, please send payment to: office@grandbaybaptist.ca (include your child's name in the memo)
I give permission for my child’s photo or video to be taken during VBS and used by Grand Bay Baptist Church for church-related purposes such as recap videos, social media, or future event promotion.
Waiver & Release of Liability
I, the undersigned, understand that participation in VBS activities may involve certain risks, games, sports, and events on church property.
I hearby:
- Give permission for my child to participate in VBS events and activities under the supervision of Grand Bay Baptist Church staff and volunteers.
- Release Grand Bay Baptist Church, its leaders, volunteers, and staff from liability for any accident, injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Authorize medical treatment in the event of an emergency if I cannot be reached, and accept financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
